A visually appealing Luggage rack for the KTM 690 that continues the shape of the trellis frame. Powder coated in the KTM colors orange/black, it blends in perfectly with the vehicle line. The completely stainless steel carrier is not only extremely stable, but also very light (670 grams). During development, care was taken not to unnecessarily increase the well-known low vehicle weight and yet still ensure suitability for travel and everyday use. Mounting on the mounting points of the standard pillion grab handles is quick and easy. The passenger’s suitability for pillion rides remains intact when using the luggage rack.

The use of an additional cross brace in front of the fuel tank cap prevents the luggage load from resting on the fuel tank cap. The gapless transition to the seat makes it possible to take along larger pieces of luggage.

The luggage load is largely carried by the original mounting points on the rear frame in the vertical direction, as well as the seat. This puts significantly less stress on the threaded inserts on the original plastic rear frame than comparable products.

When using quick-release lashing straps, the additional effort required for refuelling is only slightly higher than removing a tank bag.

The luggage load should rest evenly on the entire Luggage rack. If only the area behind the tank cap is loaded, the payload of 3kg should not be exceeded.

The Luggage rack is not designed for use with a top case.

Luggage rack are registration-free and do not require a general operating permit (ABE) or registration.
