Shipping costs overview
We ship exclusively with DHL. Standard shipping rates are as follows:

After a successful order, a confirmation message with our account details will be sent to you. You will receive the goods within 2-6 working days after transferring the entire invoice amount.
Order process and further information
In our online store you can select from an assortment of products offered by us, by using the “add to cart” button to gather them in a vrtual shopping cart without obligation. You can at any time see what you have selected on the “your cart” link. You can at any time change the number of selected products in the cart by changing the quantity and then clicking “Update cart”. The products in the shopping cart can be removed from the cart at any time by clicking the button marked with a cross.
The “continue to checkout”-button will take you to the entry field for your data . Here you can choose whether you want to register with us as a new customer or want to pay without creating an account. If you have already registered with us, you can register here with your e-mail address or your login username and password. After entering your data or logging in, you can enter your shipping and billing address and check and select which payment method you want to use.
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order was received, which will list the items you ordered. This e-mail is still not an acceptance of your offer, but serves exclusively to inform you that your order was received.
For orders via our online shop, we offer the following methods to pay for your goods:
a. Pay in advance
If you choose the “Prepayment” option as part of the ordering process, we will email you our account details after a contract has been concluded between you and us, with the request that you transfer the agreed total amount to our account. Payment is due immediately. Please indicate the purpose of the transfer specified in the email so that we can assign your transfer. Thank you so much!
b. Pay with PayPal
If you have selected the “PayPal” option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal website immediately after completing the order.
Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.
c. Pay with a credit card by stripe
If you have selected the “Stripe” variant as part of the ordering process, a payment form opens without you being redirected to complete the purchase. Here you can enter your credit card number, the expiry date of your credit card and the security code (CVC). In this case, you complete the payment process by clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
We save the contract text and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products that you can order from our online shop, unless otherwise stipulated in § 3 of our Terms and Conditions.
The contract language is German.
If you have a complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. Please call the following link and follow the instructions there:
