2. Hosting

This website is hosted by ecomDATA GmbH, Steinamangererstraße 9/16, 7400 Oberwart, Austria.
The servers are located in Germany.

ecomDATA processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

When you access our website, the following data is automatically recorded in server log files:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Accessed pages
  • HTTP status code

The processing serves the technical provision of the website and IT security.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Log files are deleted after 14 days.

3. Contact Form (WPForms)

If you contact us via the contact form, we process:

  • Name (optional)
  • Email address
  • Message
  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request

Legal basis:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract-related inquiries)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general inquiries)

To prevent spam, we use WP Armour (honeypot method). No additional personal data is transmitted to third parties.

Your data will be deleted six months after final processing of your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Newsletter (Brevo)

We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) to send our newsletter.

Data is stored on servers within the European Union.
We have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with Brevo.

When subscribing, we process:

  • Email address
  • Name (if provided)
  • IP address
  • Date and time of registration

Subscription takes place via the double opt-in procedure.

Brevo allows us to analyze newsletter campaigns (e.g. whether a newsletter was opened or which links were clicked).
This analysis is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

If you do not wish your usage to be analyzed, you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

In connection with newsletter registration, the cookie sib_cuid may be set in order to technically identify subscribers.

Legal basis for newsletter processing: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.
After unsubscribing, your data will be removed from the mailing list unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Security Measures (WP Cerber)

To protect our website, we use the WP Cerber security plugin.

IP addresses and login attempts may be processed.

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to prevent and defend against attacks.

6. Caching (LiteSpeed Cache)

To optimize loading times, we use LiteSpeed Cache.

The technically required cookie _lscache_vary is set.

7. Multilingual Function (Polylang)

To store your selected language, the technically required cookie pll_language is set.

8. YouTube Videos

Our website includes videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Videos are embedded using enhanced privacy mode.
Data is only transmitted to YouTube when you actively start a video.

When playing a video, it cannot be ruled out that data may be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the United States.

Our website contains links to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

These are simple hyperlinks.
No data is transmitted to these services unless you actively click the respective link.
