We ship with DHL and DPD. Please refer to the following list for the flat-rate shipping costs:

The above shipping costs refer to shipments with a shipping weight of max. 2KG. In addition, we calculate the shipping costs individually on request.
Once the purchase contract has been fully concluded (i.e. after expiry of the right of withdrawal), orders with a value of goods of EUR 200 or more are free of shipping costs in Germany (exclusively for end customers). If the value of the goods falls below this threshold after a (partial) revocation, we reserve the right to charge partial shipping costs.
Please note that when shipping outside the EU, additional costs may be charged in the form of VAT, import duty and other fees. These are to be borne by the buyer .
Further possible delivery address outside the above mentioned countries please clarify with us in advance.
Delivery times
End customers (B2C)
After a successful order a confirmation message with our account data will be sent to you. If available, you will receive the goods within 2-6 working days (national) after you have transferred the full invoice amount. In individual cases (esp. international) longer delivery times may occur. Use the shipment tracking for the current shipment status. Please note the possibly deviating delivery time on the individual product pages.
It is also possible to pick up goods on site at the company location.
Business customers (B2B)
For dealer orders , we assume an additional 5 days processing time. This processing time is added to the delivery time, but may also be reduced if all products are available.
Delivery time for orders with quantity >25 you will receive on request.

Order process and further information
1. select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct them
In our Online shop you can select products from the range we offer and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button, which you can view at any time using the “Your shopping cart” link. You can change the number of selected products in the shopping cart at any time by adjusting the quantity and then clicking on the “Update shopping cart” button. You can remove the selected products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the button marked with a cross.
2. enter your data / registration
Click on the “Proceed to checkout” button to enter your details. Here you can choose whether you want to register with us as a new customer or pay without creating an account. If you are already registered, you can log in here with your e-mail address or your user name and password. Once you have completed entering your details or registering, you can enter or check your delivery and billing address and select your preferred payment method.
3. select payment method
Next, you can select the desired payment method. We offer you the possibility of PayPal and prepayment. You make your selection by clicking on the selection field in front of the respective payment method.
4. shipping method
We ship with DHL or DPD, depending on the specified delivery address.
It is also possible to collect goods from the company’s premises.
5. order overview and completion of the order
The data entry takes place on one page. Here you can check the items you have placed in the shopping cart and the costs, delivery address and payment method and correct them if necessary. Please check that all details are correct. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart at that time and send your order to us.
6. order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but serves solely to inform you that we have received your order.
7. conclusion of contract
The presentation of our goods in our Online shop does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you submit a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose:
If you select the payment option “Prepayment”, a contract between us is only concluded when we issue an express declaration of acceptance, which is sent within two working days in a separate email.
If you select the “PayPal” payment option, a contract between you and us is concluded when you have completed the payment process with PayPal.
8. payment methods
When ordering via our Online Shop, we offer you the following options for paying for your goods:
a. Payment in advance
If you choose the option “prepayment” during the ordering process, we will send you our account data by e-mail after a contract between you and us has been concluded, with the request to transfer the agreed total amount to our account. Payment is due immediately. Please indicate the reason for payment in the e-mail so that we can allocate your transfer. Payment in advance is subject to a 2% discount on the final order amount.
b. Payment with PayPal
If you selected the “PayPal” option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal site immediately after completing your order.
Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.
Payments with PayPal are limited to a total shopping cart value of €500. In addition, payment by PayPal is possible only after prior consultation.
c. Payment by credit card
If you have selected the “credit card” option during the ordering process, a payment form will open without you being redirected to complete the purchase. Here you can enter your credit card number, the expiry date of your credit card and the security code (CVC). In this case, you complete the payment process by clicking on the “Buy now” button.
9. storage of the contract text
We save the contract text and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.
10. statutory liability for defects
The statutory warranty rights apply to all products that you can order in our Online Shop, unless otherwise regulated in § 3 of our General Terms and Conditions.
11. contractual language
The contract language is German or English.
12. complaints/online dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. Please call the following link and follow the instructions there:

13. consumer arbitration
We do not participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration and are also not obliged to do so.
