Shipping information

We ship exclusively with DHL. Please see the following list for the prices of the flat-rate shipping costs:

The above shipping costs refer to shipments with a shipping weight of max. 2KG. In addition, we calculate the shipping costs individually on request.

Once the purchase contract has been fully concluded (i.e. after expiry of the right of withdrawal), orders with a value of goods of EUR 200 or more are free of shipping costs in Germany (exclusively for end customers). If the value of the goods falls below this threshold after a (partial) revocation, we reserve the right to partially charge shipping costs.

Please note that when shipping outside the EU, additional costs may be charged in the form of VAT, import duty and other fees. These are to be borne by the buyer .

Further possible delivery address outside the above mentioned countries please clarify with us in advance.

Delivery times

End customers (B2C)

After a successful order a confirmation message with our account data will be sent to you. If available, you will receive the goods within 2-6 working days after you have transferred the full invoice amount. In individual cases (esp. international) longer delivery times may occur. Use the shipment tracking for the current shipment status. Please note the possibly deviating delivery time on the individual product pages.

Business customers (B2B)

For dealer orders , we assume an additional 5 days processing time. This processing time is added to the delivery time, but may also be reduced if all products are available.

Delivery time for orders with quantity >25 you will receive on request.

Order process and further information

1. products select, collect in shopping cart and correct

In our online store you can select from an assortment of products offered by us, by using the “add to cart” button to gather them in a vrtual shopping cart without obligation. You can at any time see what you have selected on the “your cart” link. You can at any time change the number of selected products in the cart by changing the quantity and then clicking “Update cart”. The products in the shopping cart can be removed from the cart at any time by clicking the button marked with a cross.

2. enter your Dates / Registration

The “continue to checkout”-button will take you to the entry field for your data . Here you can choose whether you want to register with us as a new customer or want to pay without creating an account. If you have already registered with us, you can register here with your e-mail address or your login username and password. After entering your data or logging in, you can enter your shipping and billing address and check and select which payment method you want to use.

Next you can select the desired payment method. We offer you the possibility of PayPal and prepayment. You make your choice by clicking on the selection field in front of the respective payment method.

5. order overview and conclusion of the order

The data entry takes place on one page. You can see the items you put in the cart here, as well as the costs incurred, shipping address, and method of payment, and can correct any inaccuracies. Please check whether all information is correct. Click the “Buy now” button to make a binding offer to buy the goods that at this time are in the shopping cart and send your order to us.

6. order confirmation

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt for information purposes by e-mail, which lists your order once again; this e-mail also provides does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but serves exclusively your Information that we have received your order.

7. conclusion of contract

The presentation of our goods in our online store provides no binding offer on our part. With your order you enter into a binding offer with us. The exact time when a contract is concluded between you and us depends on your selected payment method:

If you choose the payment option “Prepayment”, a contract between us only comes into effect with the submission of an explicit declaration of acceptance by us, which takes place within two working days with a separate e-mail. If you choose the “PayPal” option, a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with PayPal.

8. payment methods

For orders via our online shop, we offer the following methods to pay for your goods:

a. Payment in advance
If you choose the option “prepayment” during the ordering process, we will send you our account data by e-mail after a contract between you and us has been concluded, with the request to transfer the agreed total amount to our account. The payment is due immediately. Please indicate the reason for payment in the e-mail so that we can allocate your transfer. For payments in advance we grant 2% discount on the final sum of the order.

b. Payment with PayPal
If you selected the “PayPal” option during the ordering process, you will be taken to the PayPal site immediately after completing your order.
Please log in there and follow the instructions from PayPal.
Payments with PayPal are limited to a total shopping cart value of 500€. In addition, payment by PayPal is possible only after prior consultation.

c. Payment by credit card
If you have selected the “credit card” option during the ordering process, a payment form will open without redirecting you to complete the purchase. Here you can enter your credit card number, the expiry date of your credit card and the security code (CVC). In this case you complete the payment process by clicking on the button “Buy now”.

9. storage of the Text of the contract

We save the contract text and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.

10. legal Liability for defects

Statutory warranty rights apply to all products that you can order from our online shop, unless otherwise stipulated in § 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

11. contractual language

The contract language is German or English.

12. complaints/online dispute resolution

13. Consumer arbitration

We shall not participate in any dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board and we are not compelled to do so
